There is a by south of San Felipe that is very pretty and there is a settlement of gringos there as well as a hotel and restaurant. Sunday I went on a trip there with friends. Along the way we stopped at a beach and collected shells, we were the only ones on the beach for miles. We also stopped at Cow Patty’s Bar a traditional stop for us going south of town.
We had a delicious lunch at the restaurant at Gonzaga Bay it was a shrimp stew with salad, rice and beans. The beer was cold and the service was outstanding. My friends Deb and Cindy had a great time collecting Sea Shells and Pumice stones. Here are some photos of the trip.
Hola – so happy to see new posts. I live vicariously through you! : ) However all of May’s posts have something (photo? video? ads?) that is just a big (bigger than your photos in your other posts) charcoal gray square with a W in the center and little lines spiraling around it as if something’s about to open but nothing ever does. Huh.
Anyway, love the changes to your casita!
Glad you told me I’ll look into it and see what I can do to fix it.
The big “W” is the monogram for wordpress I think because I load so many photos that day it takes a while to show the photos in the slide show, so it may just take a long time to load.
Hi Julia – thanks for letting me know what the “W” is. I tried it again on my computer, then at work to make sure it wasn’t something going on with my computer which was causing it to take a long (long) time. Both places I gave up after waiting six minutes. The thing around the W was still spinning. Much too long to sit and stare waiting for something to happen. Even two minutes (in this day and age) is trying. Bummer. WordPress should do something about their process.
I agree I see if I can send them a message.
Julia, I’m having the same problem……………never loads!!
